HealthCall specializes in community healthcare and behavioral services both in-home and in-center. HealthCall is committed to delivering person-centered care that serves as a model for the effective and efficient delivery of community-based healthcare. Our competent and compassionate staff operates with the sensitivity required to meet our clients’ individual needs through our dedication to ongoing performance improvement.

Philosophy of Care

To provide physician-ordered community healthcare, including private duty nursing, community living supports, and respite to clients in an effort to maintain and/or improve their medical status and quality of life in a community setting. Furthermore, to:

• Provide client-specific quality care compassionately;
• Maintain ongoing communication with all care providers as needed;
• Provide professional staff who are qualified to meet client’s needs; and,
• Focus on customer satisfaction.

Additionally, to provide comprehensive behavioral diagnostics and behavioral therapies, including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) designed to address the continuum of needs exhibited by children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
